Twitter Cant Stop Reacting Over Mark Zuckerbergs Threads & Here Are The Funniest Memes
The micro-blogging site Twitter has undergone many changes ever since Elon Musk has taken over the management, while some have praised these changes, there are many who are unhappy over the new developments and they are cursing Elon Musk for destroying Twitter.
In such a scenario, the Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has tried to take the advantage of the situation by launching Threads on 6 July which is a competitor of Twitter and it got off to a great start as it got 5 million users in the first four hours of its launch, 10 million in 7 hours and by today morning, it’s user count crossed the 30 million mark.
Zuckerberg took to his personal Threads account and wrote, “Wow, 30 million sign-ups as of this morning. Feels like the beginning of something special, but we’ve got a lot of work ahead to build out the app.”
Threads seems to be quite similar to Twitter; Instagram users can sign-up using their Instagram ids and they can also remain in touch with all their contacts of Instagram.
After the launch of Threads, both the sites – Twitter and Threads were flooded with memes and there were some who made fun of Mark Zuckerberg for copying ideas of other social media platforms.
Few others also took a jibe at Threads by making it clear that they will prefer Twitter while some just had a field day by means of several hilarious memes. These reactions will tickle your funny bone:

One big concern that online users have in regard to Threads is their privacy policy, Threads will collect data related to a user’s personal information, employment, race, ethnicity, s*xual orientation, health, browsing history, location, etc. and because of this reason, Threads launch has been delayed in European Union.
