“8 Passports….,” Shah Rukh’s Ex-Bodyguard Lived A Jet-Set Life In Private Planes & Luxury Hotels

Shah Rukh Khan is not just one of India’s biggest film stars but also a global icon known for his hard work, discipline and deep love for family. Behind the glamour, those close to him often witness a very different, grounded side.

One such person is Yaseen Khan who worked as Shah Rukh Khan’s security chief for a decade, from 2001 to 2011. His time with the superstar completely transformed his life. Coming from a simple background, Yaseen found himself stepping into a world he had never imagined. While working with Shah Rukh, he travelled across the globe in private planes, stayed in luxurious five-star hotels and even filled eight passports with stamps. In fact, he shared that he had never even seen an airplane before joining the actor, making the experience even more life-changing.

Over the years, Yaseen didn’t just witness the scale of Shah Rukh Khan’s stardom but also got a close look at his personal life, especially as a father. He spoke about the actor’s strong bond with his children – Aryan Khan, Suhana Khan and AbRam Khan. According to Yaseen, Shah Rukh was always actively involved in their lives. No matter how busy or tired he was, he made time to attend their school events, drop them off when he was in town and support their education. Even during international shoots, he would stay connected and help them prepare for exams.

Family time was clearly a priority. Yaseen revealed that Shah Rukh Khan would take a two-month break every year to be with his family in London. During these breaks, they often spent time outdoors, playing football at Hyde Park with friends and close ones like Arbaaz Khan, Sohail Khan and Sanjay Kapoor. He also mentioned that in all those 10 years, he never saw Shah Rukh refuse family plans, no matter how hectic his schedule was. Yaseen also remembered watching Aryan and Suhana grow up, describing Aryan as respectful and well-mannered, qualities he credited to Shah Rukh’s upbringing.

In 2011, Yaseen left his job due to personal reasons but Shah Rukh Khan supported him fully and even told him he could return anytime. Later, in 2015, Yaseen started his own security company, YK PROSEC. Today, it handles VIP protection and major events, including high-profile weddings like those of Anushka Sharma–Virat Kohli, Priyanka Chopra–Nick Jonas, Sidharth Malhotra–Kiara Advani, and Akash Ambani–Shloka Ambani.

What began as a job turned into a journey that reshaped Yaseen’s future in every way!
