Katrina Kaif’s Deepfake Video With Salman Khan Speaking Fluently In French Goes Viral
Artificial intelligence has its pros and cons, while on one hand, it can play a big role in making things better and advanced, on the other hand, it can create problems for human beings if the technology is used in the wrong manner.
Deepfake videos of many celebs such as Rashmika Mandanna, Sachin Tendulkar, etc. have been shared online till now and the latest target of this technology is the beautiful actress Katrina Kaif. In this morphed video, Katrina Kaif is seen speaking in French during an event.
The video dates back to the year 2017 when Katrina Kaif attended a book launch event in Mumbai with Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and his father Salim Khan. The book that was launched was Silent Sentinels of Ranthambhore and the author was Bina Kak, the actress who played the character of Salman’s mother in Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya (2005).
In the video, Katrina is seen speaking in fluent French and the video has been posted with a disclaimer which reads, “Both Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan attended the book launch of Silent Sentinels of Ranthambhore by Bina Kak. Salman and Katrina are very close to her from their Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya movie. She played Salman’s mother in that movie. Disclaimer: The French voiceover is AI-generated but the speech hasn’t been morphed or twisted, it is the exact the same as her original speech.”
