The famous actor Vijay Raaz was also a part of the movie but now he has been ousted from the film by the makers. When the co-producer Kumar Mangat Pathak was asked about it, he replied in positive, saying that they have removed Vijay Raaz from the film and the reason behind this step is his bad behaviour on the sets. Kumar Mangat said that Vijay Raaz demanded bigger rooms, vanity van and he also overcharged them for his spotboys. Kumar Mangat expressed surprise as Vijay’s spot boys were paid Rs. 20K per night which is higher than what is paid to the spot boy of any big actor.

The co-producer further added that UK is quite expensive and everybody including him is staying in a standard room for which they are paying Rs. 45K for one day, in one of the best hotels of the city but Vijay demanded a premium suite. Kumar said that when they tried to explain Vijay Raaz the costing scenario, the actor acted rudely and said that it is those people who approached him for work, he didn’t ask them to give work. Kumar said that they tried to fulfill his demands but his behaviour kept deteriorating and then he asked for 2 cars for the three-member staff. Kumar said that after all the discussions, they decided to oust Vijay Raaz from the movie.

However, the “Dream Girl” actor has something else to say, he says that he reached the location before the time for trial and he didn’t greet Ajay Devgn because he was busy. Vijay Raaz said that he went to his friends and started talking to them; 30 minutes later, Kumar Mangat came to him and said that they are removing him from the movie. Vijay Raaz further said that the only unprofessional behaviour that he did was not greeting Ajay Devgn and he was removed from the film just after 30 minutes of reaching the sets.

In response to this claim of Vijay Raaz, Kumar Mangat said that Ajay Devgn is not one of those who wait for other people to greet him, he likes to be with creative people and gives respect to everyone. Mangat rebuked Vijay’s claim of getting ousted for not greeting Ajay Devgn and said that problems started even before Vijay Raaz came on sets. Mangat further said that they have incurred losses to the tune of Rs. 2 crores because of this incident and they won’t have taken such step because of small issues. Kumar Mangat added that they are really lucky that they have removed Vijay Raaz before the shooting started otherwise he would have created problems on the sets.

Vijay Raaz said that the rooms are small and as he does yoga in the morning, he needs a bigger room. He further asks if he can’t demand a bigger room even after spending 26 years in the industry.

Kumar Mangat also referred to the incident in which Vijay Raaz’s spot boy is accused of being involved in s*xual assault but he made it clear that the reason for the ouster was unprofessional behaviour. When Vijay Raaz was asked about it, he said that these are two different incidents and there is considerable gap between the two incidents. He said that he doesn’t encourage such incidents and now he is not working with that spot boy.

Kumar Mangat said that Vijay Raaz’s staff is his responsibility and just imagine working with a demon in the team.

Now the makers have roped in Sanjay Mishra for replacing Vijay Raaz. What do you have to say in this regard?
