Brendon McCullum Has A Hilarious Response To A Fan Who Impersonates His Batting Technique
The coronavirus outbreak has severely affected our lives as we all are forced to sit in our houses if we want to remain safe from the lethal virus. However, it also has a positive side to it as we are getting ample time to spend with our family that we usually didn’t get in our routine life; we can read books, watch movies and TV shows or do something creative just like this fan of Brendon McCullum did.
Brendon McCullum, the former New Zealand cricketer who played all the formats of the game, is definitely one of the most successful players and skippers of the Black Caps of all times. Recently, a fan of the Kiwi cricketer posted a video in which he copied Brendon’s style of taking stance and batting action.
Here is the video:
Now how about this for an impression of former @BLACKCAPS skipper and one of the greatest living New Zealanders @Bazmccullum!

The video was liked by many and the former cricketer himself made a comment on it as he wrote, “Not bad. Probably a little more technically correct than the real thing!”

The manner in which Brendon responded shows that the former wicketkeeper-batsman has a pretty good sense of humour too apart from great cricketing skills. He became a household name in India when he scored quick 158 runs in IPL for his team Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the 2008 inaugural season.
Many cricketers are spending their quarantine by conducting Instagram live sessions or podcasts with other cricketers while the fans are using this time in showing their skills by copying and enacting the style of batting or bowling of their favourite cricketer.
New Zealand is also affected with the coronavirus outbreak but they have controlled it in a quite effective manner as only around 1,000 people have been infected with the virus and the number of lives lost is also in a single digit (9).
Please stay at home, stay safe and do everything that you love including impersonating your favourite actor or sportsperson in this lockdown.
