Two Women Cricketers From Australia & New Zealand Tied The Knot. Their Pics Are Very Romantic
Marriage between people of the same gender may not be common in this part of the world but there are some countries where it is totally acceptable.
While some people believe that several rules and guidelines should be followed before getting into a relationship, there are others for whom nothing is more important than love as they are of the opinion that it is the only thing which matters and everything else is secondary. The piece of news that we are going to share here might surprise many but people of the second type will truly appreciate it.
We are talking about the two beautiful female cricketers who are madly in love with each other and tied the knot last weekend. The two cricketers are Hayley Jensen and Nicola Hancock, while the former is a member of New Zealand’s national squad and plays in the capacity of an all-rounder, the latter is the uncapped Australian cricketer and had a great season at Big Bash League as she took 13 wickets in 14 matches.

They both used to be in the same team, i.e., Melbourne Stars for the two editions of BBL and as they made their marriage public via Instagram, Melbourne Stars also took to Twitter to congratulate the love birds.
Here’s what the tweet read, “From #TeamGreen, congratulations to Stars bowler Nicola Hancock who married her partner Hayley Jensen last weekend! ”

New Zealand legalised the same gender marriage in 2013 whereas Australia also did the same in 2017.
Nicola will be taking up the surname of Hayley Jenson and we offer both of them our best wishes. May they have a bright future together!
